Forging unit is an essential part of any manufacturing unit. Forging plant located at Uluberia is one of the key strength of the company. It is equipped with pneumatic drop stamp hammers along with furnaces and can produce forgings of various weights and sizes upto 400 tonnes per month.

The plant is equipped with modern Die making facility with VMC and CNC machines. Well equipped Laboratory facilities for check on both incoming/outgoing materials is manned by qualified technicians. The laboratory is also NABL certified.
